1. Merchant submits a case
Create a draft with debtor details, invoice reference, amount, due date, payment deadline, optional partial payment rules, and supporting documents.
2. Platform schedules notices
Reminder timing is stored on the case, visible in the timeline, and processed by cron-ready logic so the workflow is predictable and easy to audit.
3. Debtor receives email-only notices
The standard process sends professional notices by email only, with language that is serious, deadline-based, and carefully worded.
4. Debtor portal presents options
The debtor can review the case reference, outstanding amount, payment deadline, supported payment methods, and optional installment request flow if enabled.
5. Merchant and admin track outcomes
Payments, proofs, manual reviews, unresolved cases, and escalations remain visible in the dashboard with timestamps and logs.
