These terms govern access to the EcomTrade24 Debt Recovery platform, including merchant dashboards, case submission, debtor portals, templates, and payment services.
Section 1
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of the invoice, debtor, and evidence data they submit.
Section 2
The platform provides an online notice workflow and does not guarantee recovery or imply that legal proceedings have already begun.
Section 3
Subscription pricing, one-time case fees, and gateway rules may be updated by the platform operator in accordance with these terms.
